Payment

We believe in transparency when it comes to compensation. Here is how our payment process works.

Rate agreement

Your payment rate will be discussed and agreed upon before a new project begins and before you are assigned a role. There are no surprises — everything is confirmed upfront.

How you get paid

Payment is released upon project completion. For long-term projects, we also offer a monthly payment cycle so you are compensated regularly throughout the engagement. All payments are transferred directly to your bank account.
